Are you referring to the upcoming episode or a previous one in which she appears? I think this episode was made to hold us over until the new season starts and it will supposedly reveal some things important to season 4.

Apparently Caine and Gina were lovers on the Pegasus. As to what Gina's capacity was on the Pegasus, I guess we'll find out.
