I've just got a new mobile phone which comes equipped with what seems like three million different tones-at least it seems that many to the other people in the office after I decided to try them all out. However my girlfriend has advised me to just leave it on a standard ring setting otherwise 'when it goes off on a crowded train you look like a right prat'.

Nice to know she is looking after my wellbeing.

Incidentally, I think Pimlico station might be slightly closer.

Ya coming along JEM?

And where's Pimlico (or whatever) station? In fact, does it even exist? Or have you made it up to facilitate some nefarious scheme?

And where's Orion? Eh? EH? He wanted to come. Why hasn't he called me? Why do they never call? Boo hoo.

John can't make it, he's in the process of buying a house. No sign of Orion. . . and Chris hasn't responded to my email. And MaGiC hasn't called me back. I'm gonna start taking this personally. . .

Is this definitely on for this Saturday then?

I've sent Chris two or three E-mails over the time I've been around the boards, and never gotten an answer.

Er, who's John?

Ahh, sweet Daisy. There she stands, in her bra and pants, having butchered Ian Lee to death for stealing other peoples jokes. Lovely.

I'll E-mail Chris as well, shall I?

LOL!

I ponder what foul offsping said Ms Donovan might produce if one night she should be demonically possessed and impregnated with Chris Morris' sperm....

No, Liam, I left a mesage on her voicemail. And FURTHERMORE she's expressed an interest. So how about it - if she can't make this weekend, shall we make it next weekend?

Until then, are we go for this weekend?

CapCom?

GO!

Retro?

GO!

Guido?

GO!

Lee?

GO!

Monty?
Liam?
Orion?

I will be as witty, amusing, charming, sexy, gorgeous and cool this weekend as next weekend, so either's fine with me.

OK, I called MaGiC today, and she's not unopposed to the idea, but has to speak to her partner about what their plans are for the weekend. Apparently, St. James' Park Tube might be best. So, we gonna take a chance on her turning up, and go for it?

Two things she did say, though: Page's is crap, and you can't get a seat if you go after five thirty in the evening. But Hey! It'll help us establish some common ground, like "we all hate this, let's go somewhere else."
