One question springs to mind while watching this episode. The Denoublian shuttle is approaching C12 and they even announce that the station is on a heightend state of alert. Yet no one scans the incomming shuttle for life forms. "Uh sir, this shuttle that we were expecting 1 Denoublian on also has 1 Human and several Aguments."

Well what was the BoP hiding behind to surprise the shuttle in the first place....the shuttle just showed up to the "distress call" and out of nowhere the BoP appears...why didn't they just straight up attack it in the first place, nothing was preventing them from that anymore than the ambush where they were "hiding" in/on a different plane of space?

However they hid, I think they had to get on top of the shuttle before it knew what was going on so they could tractor it. A battle scarred shuttle would have raised questions

I didn't realize it actually was a shuttle before the BoP suddenly caught it. The exterior shots made it look far bigger, and the shuttle even had a rather large bridge...

In addition, I have just finished watching "The Changeling" (TOS), and discovered it to be the origin of Symbalene Blood Burn, the disease to which Soong exposed the unfortunate lab technician. Nifty.
