So people aren't banned for those types of comments any more?
You question Lee for his comments to Boris, support his exclusion from the forums, then change the rules so no-one gets banned for the same thing again.
Why? Was this just an excuse to get rid of Lee?

All right, he left himself.
Of course he's free to return, but should he? His comments were blown out of all proportion and the stick he got was undeserved. Until someone admits that they overreacted in the time leading upto Lee's departure, he can't return.
