Hm... I'm pretty sure it's 42, but 43 is a possibility.
Granted, what's between the 2/3 and the 1 looks like one digit, it does seem too skinny. It could be one digit distorted, or it could be two 1's distorted. Tough call...

Very tough call. The blown up image looks like 4301. But the image from The Magazine looks like 4201. Maybe we should just flip a coin and get it over with.

If it is 4xxx the ship would be horribly old (and very lucky not to have been destroyed/decommissioned). 4xxxx would be far more fitting considering the registries of the other existing Excelsiors.

I find it unlikely that we are dealing with a four-digit number. Reason: the second digit looks a bit thicker than the rest, leading me to believe that it's actually 21 or 31 (the other two are likely 01). Reason #2 - we've seen 4xxxx registries in Excelsiors before, and I doubt that the Foundation folks would want to break a pattern just like that or bother to compress the numbers, as opposed to simply changing the last couple of digits from existing computer models.

Hi there everyone, Im new here so this is my first question. Someone mentioned seeing something that resembled the sphinx worksled from st:tng tech manual in the pics from utopia planitia fleetyards. Since Im from Sweden and no tv network shows star trek here, Im wondering if anyone has a picture of that screenshot showing the possible sphinx worksled?
