I think Powell is an interesting choice. I've heard he's more liberal than conservative minded ... pro-choice, and the like. We'll see.

So what you are saying is that Powell and Bush are interchangeable on all issues.

Goodness knows that no minority would ever look at issues before they vote. And NO Republican would ever vote along party lines just "cause."
